Fabege's communications department was looking for a digital method of effectively managing a large quantity of images of premises, property and personnel, which are required for various communications and marketing activities to strengthen the company brand. The images are used on the external website, intranet, various brochures, Annual Reports, and interim reports. Through advanced search functionality, Fabege can now quickly locate the correct image and send a link to their partners or attach an image to press releases, etc directly from QBank.
After the successful image bank collaboration, Fabege chose to create an entirely new intranet together with the Kaigan TBK team. The objective of the new intranet was to increase the number of employees visiting by enhancing employee participation, intensifying the flow of information and modernizing functionality.
