Right support at the right time
To be as efficient as possible, we use a system to manage all support cases. In this way we ensure that cases are kept track of and that we can monitor the support that is provided. Naturally, we try to find a solution immediately, but if it proves more complex we forward the case to the correct client contact person to gather more information. At the same time, we analyze which action is required to solve the issue as soon as possible.
Our helpdesk is accessible during Swedish office times, weekdays 9-17.
